It is a highly valuable therapeutic tool that every acupuncturist should know and master. However, in clinical practice, many professionals do not use it, or, if they do, do not apply it correctly, largely due to a lack of proper understanding of its fundamental principles.
In this course, we explain aspects that are rarely taught. Participants will first learn how electroacupuncture devices work, starting from the most basic concepts:
the different types of electrical current, the various devices available on the market, what monophasic and biphasic currents are, and the different types of waveforms.
Only by understanding these principles is it possible to apply electrostimulation correctly and safely.
This is a highly practical course, in which participants will understand the basic principles of electricity and electroacupuncture, enabling them to develop their own therapeutic strategies, rather than merely applying preset protocols.
It is a very hands-on training, aimed at ensuring that participants learn and confidently use this technique in their clinical practice.
